KlaroClarity, automated

We find what's costing your business: time, money, or deals. Then we automate it.

Klaro is an AI automation company that builds the software to match: automating the manual work already costing you, or building the capability you don't have yet. Our pricing is tied to what we take off your plate, not the hours we bill.

01Sound familiar?

Something in your business is bleeding time, money, or opportunity.

FIG. 01 / where the hours go

Your best person spends half their day retyping data between email, spreadsheets and whatever system you bought three years ago. Reports go out late. Invoices wait. And the only person who knows how it all works is one resignation away from taking that knowledge with them.

You've read the AI hype. None of it looks like your business. That's fine: we don't sell hype. We automate the unglamorous work that actually eats your hours, and we quantify the expected saving before you commit.

Or maybe that's not it. Your team's on top of things, but a customer calls or emails and waits six hours for a reply, and by the time you follow up, they've bought from someone else. Or an approval is stuck in someone's inbox instead of moving to your bank account, and the whole deal waits on it. Different shape, same cost: whether it's too much manual work or not enough speed, it's bleeding time, cash, or deals every week.

02What we do

Obsessed with outcomes, not tools.

No rip-and-replace. We work with the systems you already use, and we only build new software where it genuinely earns its place.

STEP 01

Find the waste

A free initial process audit. We sit with your team and map where the business leaks: hours lost to manual work, cash tied up in a slow process, or deals lost because you moved too slow to respond.

STEP 02

Automate it

We build the automation that removes the manual steps, working with your existing tools and files so nothing about how your clients experience you has to change. Where there's no existing process to automate, we build the capability from scratch instead.

STEP 03

Build around it, or plug in what's already built

When an automation needs a real interface, we build one. We also have products already running today that clients can use from day one: Klaro Easy Claims, our claims management system for the insurance industry, plus a CRM, PDF editor, and Klaro Invoicing.

03Featured case study

4 hours a day became 15 minutes.

A freight forwarder's operations team spent up to 4 hours every morning turning shipment paperwork into individual status reports for more than 70 active clients. Manifests were typed up, retyped into a master sheet, copied into per-client files, checked for confidentiality, and emailed out one by one.

We automated the entire pipeline. Now the data flows from manifest to master sheet to every client file on its own, and the team reviews a short summary and clicks approve. That is the whole job.

960 hours a year handed back to one team member, close to half a working year, and a business that no longer depends on a single person to keep its clients informed.

04How it works

From audit to outcome, without breaking what works.

01 Audit, free

We map one process end to end and quantify what it costs you: hours lost, cash tied up, or revenue missed, then tell you honestly whether it's worth automating.

02 Blueprint

You get a plan showing what we'll build, whether that's automating an existing process or a new solution the old process never had, the savings or revenue we expect, and fixed billing tied to that number. No hourly billing, no scope creep.

03 Build and prove it

If we're automating something you already do, it runs alongside your current process until it's proven. If we're building a capability you don't have yet, we pilot it against the outcome we promised in the blueprint. Either way, nothing replaces your current way of working until it's earned that.

04 Handover and support

Initial handover and documentation, plus infrastructure, systems, and app support based on your tier.

05How pricing works

You pay for results, not hours.

Most consultancies bill by the hour, so their incentive is for the project to take longer. Ours is the opposite. The free audit quantifies what a manual process costs you, and our fee is fixed and tied to the savings or ROI we expect. Then the automation either delivers or we haven't done our job.

And if we don't believe automation will pay for itself in your business, we'll say so. An honest answer is cheaper for both of us than a slow maybe.

06When automation needs a face

We also build the systems businesses run on.

Klaro Easy Claims is our claims coordination platform, live in production and built for the insurance industry with insurance industry insiders on our team. It is what "we build the software to match" looks like at full scale: not a script, not a workflow, but a system a business runs on every day.

07Also built in-house

Tools our clients can use from day one.

A lean CRM we built for teams that find the big-name platforms too heavy or too costly. Available to clients as part of an automation engagement.

An in-house PDF editor for the document work that automation pipelines often touch: filling, editing, stamping and cleaning up documents without another subscription.

An in-house invoicing system for teams that need billing and documents to move together, available to clients as part of an automation engagement.

08Who you'll work with

Technical depth, industry insight.

Klaro's founders come from infrastructure and IT, AI automation & data engineering, development and sales. That mix matters: the people who map your process understand both the systems underneath it and the business pressure on top of it.

09Questions we get

Asked honestly, answered honestly.

Is this just AI hype repackaged?

No. Sometimes we automate unglamorous, repetitive work: retyping data, compiling reports, sending the same emails every morning. Sometimes there's no existing process at all, like calls going unanswered because no one's free to take them, and we build the new capability instead. Either way, what we're after is the outcome: hours saved, costs cut, or revenue that used to walk out the door. AI is one of the tools we use where it helps, not the headline. The audit deals in hours and rands, not buzzwords.

What if the automation breaks a process that currently works?

If we're automating something you already do, we build alongside your existing process and run both in parallel until we're confident it's ready, matching your output or improving on it. Your current way of working stays untouched until then. If we're building a capability you don't have yet, there's no existing process to compare against, so we pilot it against the outcome we agreed on before it goes live.

What if we don't have a time-wasting problem?

Then it's probably a cost, speed, or missing-capability problem instead, and the audit finds that too. Slow lead response, manual approvals holding up cash flow, calls you can't staff for: some of that is speeding up a slow process, some of it is building something you don't have yet. Either way it's fixable, even when nobody's manually retyping anything.

How much does it cost?

It depends on the savings or ROI the audit finds, because the fee is tied to them. What we can promise up front: the audit is free, the fee is fixed before we build, and there is no hourly billing. If the numbers don't justify the project, we'll tell you.

Do you only do automations, or real software too?

Both, deliberately. Automation is the core service. When it needs a real interface, we build production software around it. Klaro Easy Claims, our claims coordination platform for the insurance industry, is live in production today.
